4-H Members must be enrolled prior to completing Fair Entry online nominations.

Online nominations (rather than paper cards) must be completed by February 27th, 2026, through the Fair Entry system. The system will begin accepting online nominations for hogs, lambs, and goats on January 23rd, 2026.

8:00 am: Exhibitors can begin to arrive and set up their stall spaces

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Final Weigh-In and Grading

You must be in line by 7 pm!!!

8:00 am: Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting (wear your MAS t-shirt for a group photo)

9:00 am: Opening Ceremony and Dedication

Following Ceremony: Sunshine Showmanship 

Following Sunshine Showmanship: Lamb Showmanship (Senior, Intermediate, Junior)

Following Lamb Showmanship: Goat Showmanship (Senior, Intermediate, Junior)

30 min. after Goat Showmanship: Market Lamb Show 

30 min. after Market Lamb Show: Market Goat Show 

Carcass: Hog scans will be Thursday evening.

May 1st

8:00 am: Hog Showmanship (Senior, Intermediate, Junior) 

30 min. after Hog Showmanship: Market Hog Show 

12:30 pm or 30 min. after Market Hog Show: Beef Showmanship (Senior, Intermediate, Junior)

30 min. after Beef Showmanship: Market Beef Show 

After Market Beef Show: Banner winners (showmanship and market) report to show ring with banners for a group photo) 

After Market Beef Show: Sale ring set up and Youth Social 

Carcass: Lamb/Goat scans on Friday morning. Cattle scans during and after market beef show.

May 2nd

8:30 am: Buyer Registration opens​

10:00 am: 2026 Augusta County 4-H & FFA Market Animal Show & Sale 

Sale Order: species floors, hogs, cattle, lambs, then goats
