
How to Participate
Are you interested in being an exhibitor at the Augusta County Market Animal Show and Sale?

There are two ways to get involved:
-Be a member of Augusta County 4-H and/or
-Be a member of Augusta County FFA
​
The Rules and Regulations posted under the 'Resources' tab on this website lists what is needed by way of membership to be eligible to show and sell.
RULES FOR 2021-
The Show and Sale is open to 4-H and FFA members in Augusta County, ages 9-19 as of September 30, 2020.

Exhibitors are NOT eligible to show after September 30th of the year they graduate from high school (or equivalent from home-schooled youth) regardless of their age or membership status.

4-H members must be actively enrolled in 4Honline, under Augusta County, by their species nomination date.

4-H members must participate in 6 educational hours prior to the May show and be in good standing with their club. Activities must meet approval of 4-H Leader and/or Extension Agent.

FFA members are required to meet Virginia FFA membership requirements, participate in 6 educational hours, and be in good standing with their chapter.

MAS exhibitors are expected to assist with set-up for the MAS Show and Sale and/or clean up the day following the sale.
